Union Square Residences

The rejuvenation of Central Mall will transform the area into a comprehensive development known as Union Square. This project will feature a 20-storey office tower with retail units, a 3-storey serviced apartment block integrated with commercial spaces and a basement carpark within the conserved buildings, and a 40-storey residential tower with additional commercial units.
