The former Fuji Xerox Towers will be re-developed into Newport Plaza, a 47-storey iconic mixed-use development with residential units, serviced apartments, and offices. It comprises the commercial Newport Tower(9-storey) and Newport Residences condo offering 246 residential units, 198 units of serviced apartments. It will be Singapore’s first private residence and mixed development to attain the prestigious BCA Green Mark Platinum Super Low Energy Award.
The design for this project is a single, partly cascading tower, that houses all the components of this mixed development. Designed by renowned Japanese architectural firm, Nikken Sekkei Ltd. The company takes pride in its innovative, integrated approach across all disciplines of architectural design.
